We are a full-service cheese shop with the belief that cheese is a food for everyone. Our cheesemongers offer a friendly, casual experience for all budgets with expert service for everyone. In addition to a range of cheeses, we offer a variety of charcuterie, olives, nuts, jams, and all kinds of things to complete your cheeseboard. We also offer a carefully drafted wine and beer selection.
Restaurant
Cheese has inspired so many great dishes, why isn't it considered its own cuisine? Now it is! We are fully open, come in to try cheese in its many forms, from comforting grilled cheese to classic gooey French raclette, our menu is designed to feature our muse in its many forms. Hoping to try a bunch of cheeses? We have custom cheese plates where each cheese is paired with our own in-house accompaniments specially made for each cheese.
Classroom
One of our favorite things about cheese, outside of its deliciousness, is how much there is to learn about it and the joy in sharing what we have learned. Our virtual classroom space features a full roster of classes taught by our mongers, makers, and friends. Topics range across the board from cheese basics to wine pairings to deep dives on a variety of products, this is a no-judgment learning zone. Come with a little knowledge or a lot, but leave with learning and a happy belly. See our Virtual Classes section for the latest.

Our Name
Cheesemakers take great care to nurture a rind that flavors and matures the milky alchemy laying just below the surface. To cheesemongers, the rind showcases the life of the cheese and all the love that went into its delicious creation. Rinds are alive, evolving, and they create the flavor that puts a blissful smile on all those who experience what's inside.
Beautiful Rind is a celebration of caring craftsmanship and a promise of a delicious future.
